
Tennessee Kappa competes in the Campus Recreation fraternity division in every intramural sport. We believe that a Sound Body is essential to a quality life, and our participation in Intramural competitions is one of many ways we aspire to the Balanced Man ideal. Fall Sports
Soccer
- Consists of a regular season and a postseason tournament.
- While most games are played on the Intramural Fields behind the Elam Center, a few may be scheduled at the Martin Recreation Complex.
- Season played during month of September. Subject to change.
Tennis
- No regular season. Rules announced at event.
- Tournament brackets formed for Singles and Doubles matches, open to all divisions.
- All matches are played on-campus at the Tennis Courts beside the Elam Center.
- Plays for one week in September, subject to change.
Flag Football
- Consists of a regular season and a postseason tournament.
- All games are played behind the Elam Center on the Intramural Fields
- Season runs from late September to early November. Subject to change.
Volleyball
- Consists of a regular season and a postseason tournament.
- All games are played either in the Skyhawk Fieldhouse or the Elam Center Arena
- Season runs from mid-November to early December. Subject to change.
Golf
- Single-day tournament played at a local course.
- Two-man teams. Format set at time of tournament.
Spring Sports
Basketball
- Consists of a regular season and a postseason tournament.
- Season runs during the Month of February, with tournaments starting in early March. Subject to change.
- Games are played in either the Elam Center Arena or Skyhawk Fieldhouse.
Softball
- Consists of a regular season and a postseason tournament.
- Season runs from late March through early April, with tournaments starting in mid-April. Subject to change.
- Games are played behind the Elam Center on the Intramural Fields.
Ultimate Frisbee
- Currently a pilot program of Campus Recreation
- Last played as an open, double elimination tournament
- Promises to be an exciting addition to spring sports
